My Overall Impression on XPMarkets
My overall impression of the live chat with XPMarkets is not good at all. The first chat I made was quite short. The chat person asked me if I am registered yet and when I answered that I am not their client yet she disappeared like a thin air. I was waiting half an hour and then closed the chat window. The second time the chat started better. He urged me to take a phone call from their account manager and we exchange each other several sentences on that subject he agree to answer few questions. He responds quickly. The answers were not very detailed but fairly reasonable. After telling me that I will not be able to withdraw anything from my account before fulfilling the 30x turnover requirement he don’t want to give me more details how the withdrawal will proceed and finally again he disappear like in the first chat leaving my last question unanswered. Even if such a broker has good service I will mark it as ‘Not Trusted’ only because of the poor customer support, but I hardly believe their service is better than their support.
