My Overall Impression on WinOptions
My overall impression of the live chat with WinOptions is good. The chat was informative and accurate. It was not very fast as for some of the answers I have to wait for several minutes. The fault of the chat person was that most of his answers were copy pasted information and very few are personal response from him. He really managed to find the best information, but the personal contact in such kind of conversation was lost.
