My Overall Impression with Tradorax Live Chat

At the beginning it was difficult for me to make a chat with Tradorax representative. Despite I was waiting on the line for more than an hour there was nobody to respond, but at the end the chat happen. It was a regular chat with good answers, but I think Tradorax support still is not well trained and need to improve more. When I asked about the advantages to be their client they replied me to be more specific. For me it looks their support don’t know well what are their advantages and good sides. Based on my significant experience in conversation with brokers’ representatives I can say that Tradorax need to work more in order to meet the client needs.
