My Overall Impression of OneTwoTrade
The chat with OneTwoTrade was quite short and not very informative. My impression wasn’t very good and actually I am not satisfied from the conversation. One simple chat conversation can’t be a sure sign for real problem with this broker, but is indication for at least not very good support. All my questions received an answer but the manner they were answered showed no interest from the representative to communicate with clients, something that is very important for each binary broker aiming to become one of the industry leaders.
