My Overall Impression with 10Trade Live Chat
The conversation with 10Trade support representative was pleasant and the answers were fast and straightforward. This broker is relatively new on the binary scene and that’s why it is very important to see what their achievements are. On first place they are CySec regulated and that’s good achievement. On the second place they have polite and 24/7 available support which is second positive side of this new broker. Based on the conversation I made I understand that they don’t allow canceling a bonus and withdrawing before the necessary turnover is reached. So this should be considered when applying to trade with them. We need further evaluation of this broker, but from the first chat with them I can say they are promising new broker with polite support.
